At Pearl River Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique finds. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal or contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred shipping method with tracking.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
